Chicken a la King

Chicken a la King is a creamy dish that provides a much appreciated comfort food after a long day. The picture to the right shows it served over rice. We have also served it over warm biscuits baked in the oven.
We like this recipe because it comes together quickly. The last time we made it my husband decided to time me. From when I started cutting up the meat to finished product was 28 minutes. I started the rice first and everything came together nicely.
