Chicken Chowder
Mmmm...Comfort Food

Chicken Chowder has a delicious creamy texture that our family really loves. It's a great meal to serve on a cold day with some warm cornbread right out of the oven.
I may seem strange to add chive flavored cream cheese to this dish but it really makes the flavors all come together and adds a nice creamy texture.
My husband and I like to eat this meal with cornbread but ever since we introduced our kids to oyster crackers that's all they want on chowder, soup or chili. Which reminds me, I better pick up some more this week.
