Curry Chicken Salad

Curry Chicken Salad Full of Flavor and TextureThis Curry Chicken Salad has a delicious blend of spices that really makes this recipe come to life. We like to stuff it into a pita with some tomatoes and lettuce for a tasty lunch.

We used to make a standard recipe and then add a tablespoon of curry powder. The recipe below takes this to a new level by adding lime juice, cumin and coriander, which gives it a whole new flavor combination for your taste buds to enjoy.

This recipe can be expanded to include diced apples, sliced grapes, pineapple chunks or any other fruit or nut you would like to add.
