Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
- 1 (17.5 ounce) wing sauce, (such as Texas Pete), divided
- 1/2 package dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 Sub Rolls or Hamburger buns
Preparation:
- Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker and add the 1/2 package of dry ranch dressing mix.
- Add 3/4 of the wing sauce.
- Cover, and cook on Low for 4 - 6 hours.
- Once the chicken has cooked, add the butter, and pull the chicken apart finely. (we use two forks to do this)
- Spoon some meat onto the rolls, and add a bit more of the left over buffalo wing sauce to serve.
- You can also add a slice of your favorite cheese or even some Ranch dressing.
