Chicken Noodle Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen vegetables (mixed variety)
- 2 cups cooked chicken cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
- Stir the Mushroom Soup, Chicken, Milk, Vegetables, Cooked Noodles, Parmesan Cheese and Black Pepper in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.
- Carefully take out of oven and gently stir the chicken mixture.
- Top with the Cheddar Cheese.
- Let stand until the cheese is melted.
