Crock Pot Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/8 cup margarine
- 1 (1 oz.) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix (such as Good Seasons Mild Italian dressing mix)
- 1 large can of drained sliced mushrooms
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 bag of egg noodles
Preparation:
- Mix together chicken, margarine and dressing mix in slow cooker; and cook on low for 5 hours.
- Start boiling the Egg Noodles
- Add Cream Cheese, Mushrooms and Condensed Soup to crock pot
- Mix together and cook on high for another 1/2 hour or until heated through.
- Serve over the egg noodles
