Crock Pot Stroganoff

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/8 cup margarine
  • 1 (1 oz.) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix (such as Good Seasons Mild Italian dressing mix)
  • 1 large can of drained sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 bag of egg noodles

 

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix together chicken, margarine and dressing mix in slow cooker; and cook on low for 5 hours.
  2. Start boiling the Egg Noodles
  3. Add Cream Cheese, Mushrooms and Condensed Soup to crock pot
  4. Mix together and cook on high for another 1/2 hour or until heated through.
  5. Serve over the egg noodles
