Ranch Chicken Recipe made fast
All you need for this Ranch Chicken Recipe is a few ingredients.

Our whole family loves this chicken recipe, even our finicky son. It's so easy to make and we always have the ingredients on hand. One of the secrets to this recipe coming out correctly is to make sure the chicken is only about 1/2 inch thick. If they are any thicker then the breading will start to burn before the chicken has thoroughly cooked. You can pound the chicken between two pieces of wax paper to get them thinner or you can use this method for cutting chicken breasts horizontally.

One of the other secrets to this recipe is coating the chicken in flour first before dipping in the egg. Egg doesn't stick well to raw meat but it will stick to flour and the bread crumbs stick to the egg. This method creates a nice complete coating of bread crumbs that will stick better while cooking. So flour first, then egg and then the bread crumbs.

Last year, for one of our parties, we made this recipe with the chicken cut into bite sized pieces and served them as appetizers with some toothpicks. They were a hit. I think they were gone in about 15 minutes. Next time we will make a lot more.
