Smoked Chicken Thighs
The Quick Way to Make Smoked Chicken

Smoked Chicken Thighs are delicious but not everyone has a smoker or can dedicate the long hours needed to watch over one.
Fortunately this is a quick and easy method that you can use to take the work out of smoking chicken while still getting that tasty outdoors flavor, so you can have a delicious smoked chicken dinner without spending hours making it.
Moist and Smoky
This recipe cooks in a foil oven bag that you can get a most grocery stores. The foil oven bag helps the smoke to penetrate the chicken and keep it moist while cooking.
The smoky flavor comes from liquid smoke which comes in a small bottle and can also be found at the store. The paprika sprinkled on top doesn't add much to the flavor but it does give it an appealing color. Our youngest son will only eat drumsticks so we usually throw a couple of those in the bag also.
We take the skin off the thighs if they come with it. Since it is basically steaming in a foil bag the skin will end up getting soggy and unappealing.
It's not what traditionalists would call authentic but you can have smoked chicken on your table in just 45 minutes.
